Aai Mauli Builders (Proprietor:- Rahul Mhatre mobile:- 9930799549 ) This builder is fraud ,they done booking of flats for site Nere, opp. Mahalaxmi Township,Near Smashan,plot no.178, stopped the construction work because of no CC from grampanchayat . From last two years they are using money of the people & not returning back though they promised.
Now they started new site at Nere as "Sahakar nagar complex" by the name Aai construction & continuing to cheat the people.
Please try to warn the people if possible.Since name of your enterprise is similar to their please be alert.
