Its horrible, very dirty, oil patches all over the room, dirty oily clothes lying all over..not even close to a spa..i didnt even redeem my voucher.came back running..BEWARE!!!

No professionalism in the context of business ethics, customer response. If you are a first timer, you will find it great, as just being in a spa setup relaxes you.
