The service stinks. You call them on their numbers (some are listed above) and their phone's are forever busy. I realised it they simply put the phones off the hook during working hours in order to shun work. Fones 4 U and Nokia Care give the brand Nokia such a bad name due to slow and inefficient service. Wish I knew where to complain.
