Very upset with the management of ELIXIR Fitness doesn't understand the meaning for religious sentiment when asked to freeze my swimming membership for a month due to Ramzaan all the reason they could come up with that sorry sir we don't freeze membership for quarterly membership even after explaining them that it is not a casual freeze that I am asking for I explained the situations stating that its because of Ramzaan I won't be able to swim because of the namaz timing and on top of that I have my 2 sisters who come with me when I go to swim and till the time my namaz gets over its too late and the pool gets closed tried explaining them that it is my hard earned money that will be going in waste they said that sorry these are the rules whe
