Bad salesmenship.
Manager keeps lying about deliveries and availability of goods via telephone.
Does not try to communicate.
Yet to receive my graphics card for 1 week now for which I had paid advance.
No calls either from manager nor delivery guy.
I have to keep calling them to know my status which is always "kal aa jayega"

S Tech Computers is a very bad service provider, people on phone kept redirecting me to multiple phones, put me on hold for a long time while i listened to their non sense talks, the guys handling phones have no manners of how to talk to the customer on phone, they were hesitating, and they seemed to be very careless, could not speak clearly, its their business loss. I did not buy their service and nor will i ever recommend them to anybody. If s tech computers employees are so hesitant then they should resign and sit at home instead. look for an alternative guys there are better service providers than s tech computers.

Chindi Chor. Gave my laptop for repairing hinges. He repaired the hinges alright. But, replaced the keyboard/motheboard etc by damaged components from an older laptop that he had. Profiteer & Cheat.
A lady called "Jaya madam" who has negative IQ works for him. She is a malicious clown who was involved in this hack job.

Good place. The carry built computers, some brandnames (including dell laptops), and also parts like cards, drives, memory etc. The guy at the store seemed very busy with various customers and phone-calls. So customer service may vary. But he was also helpful in suggesting cheaper alternative to what I was asking for and provided the parts as promised.
