appointment is a must for u to be seen!

bad service/hospitality. Called up twice before going to the spa.. was told to come down soon, but once reached, i was told that it was not possible to accommodate the appointment since the slots were full and was sent back without even being asked when can i come next. after informing that i had called sometime back, they claim they dint know who had received the call and gave me info, but i just had to go back right from the door. and also, they are on 2nd floor with no lift or anything.
