Horrible experience my family had during the Europe pilgrimage tour 11 May to 28 May 2015. They were starved most of the time - given a single croissant for a 12-hour bus ride. Folks were hungry and not fed as promised in the itinerary. The itinerary was not followed - many places of visit were skipped. Most of the time was spent in the bus travelling from one country to another country without really having a chance to see anything. In Germany, they got to see a church dome from within the bus and in Spain, one cathedral while doing 8-10 hour bus rides.
