worse cable network in Bangalore..in 10days need to call 8days for technical issues & worse respond back no pic kup call receptionist either start speaking in other language or hang the call..

One of the worst cable network. Worst customer service.. No one picks the call if we face any issues. Dont go for this service at all...

Ultra Poor service ...no one pick call...dont have guts to talk to customer ...been calling for >1 week ..no channel is coming..decided to make them cry to collect the money for next months onwards
