Very worst service i was never excepted from this people ,i have given my pulsar 150 for raising issue ,they cant find what is the issue
and this people did total engine everything taken around 10 days .but problem not solved ,then they saying sir this is CARBURATOR issue u need to replace it ll cost around 2500,but they already charged 12500,again i have not solved my bike problem ... please friends dont give ur vehicles for service to this service center .....kiran
SALIM i brought my new pulsar150CC bike at khivraj automobiles and i left my bike for service at DOMLUR khivraj motors around 8.30morning and tey told me tat you.r bike will be ready around 5.30 evening and i got a call from showroom your bike is ready around 2.30 aftarnoon and i came around 3.00 clock and i paid my bill and i was waitin past 1 hour for delivery and i took my bike i reached my home morning i took my bike for office my bike is not getting stat then i took my bike for showroom tey told tat you should change you,r carbater of my bike tis my new bike brought on 17/17/2012 wat should i do tel me OR I WILL GO FOR CUNSUMER COURT
i had a very worst experience with the kivaraj motors, kasturba road. have went for a small prob of oil leakage in my Avenger 200cc, they asked me to change front disk brake, etc and charged me Rs.2000 on my first visit. Again the same problem of oil leakage was there in the next week, took my avenger 200cc and asked them to recitify the problem. again they asked me to change the chain sprockets, clutch plate, etc and they charged me Rs.3000 on my second visit. In another 1 week there is again a oil leakage problem at the same location. i spent Rs.5000 for a simple oil leakage problem and still the problem persists... I had and still having a horrible experience because of a silliest blunder by "Khivraj Kasturba Road" the chassis number is correct but last digit the engine number is incorrect on the RC book, insurance and the rest. Now the Police wont give me my bike..... A TOTAL RIP OFF of Rs 105000 of mt Pulsar 220 including interest.
I had a bitter experience with Khivraj Kasturba Road. Service is kind of good only if you keep following them, fall behind them and keep saying them about the problems only then they fix them. else, you have to drive all the way to the showroom at least twice or thrice. I got my bike serviced on last Saturday, and they haven't properly adjusted the idling, the front brake has got loosen that it was before. So I have to give my second darshan to Khivraj temple !!! Previously my second service was done in just 3 visits to the service center.
They feel service means, cleaning the bike on all visual parts and then changing engine oil irrespective of if it is needed or not, then scarcely spraying polish over all visual parts, (believe me, on th

service is good .. but when i leave my pulsar 200cc bike for service ... the amout of petrol i had before will reduce... Eg: if i have 2ltr of petrol .before giving service .. after the service is done ,,, petrol will around 1 ltr.... or lesser than tat...
