Unicorn Auto started off as a special service centre for specific brands of two-wheelers. It has now expanded over the decade. They offer authorised dealership for Mahindra and Kinetic two-wheelers. For a nominal price, you can avail of the Rent-A-Scooter scheme which is becoming very popular. The customer service is quick and friendly. They also have a 24/7 service helpline to help the customers with their queries. The store is open on all 7 days of the week between 9am-7pm, barring Sundays when the timings are 10am-5pm.

Today when I visited Unicorn Auto the receptionist first made me sit for long, then she asked me if I have called before coming. Then she started gossiping on phone. After that the answer was no non-geared bikes available whereas the servicing guy said bikes are available.
Second incident, once I took a non-geared bike for two days and it got punctured in 5 mins distance. I immediately visited them and they denied providing any service for puncture and they asked for money. They have opened this just to rob people.
I think the owner is not aware of this bad service. The reception is one of the worst lady.

i gave my activa for servicing here. after i took the bike from servicing i felt bike was much better before servicing. weird problems started. especially starting problem. i doubt these guys take off spares from service bikes.
one word - they su*k at customer care
Unicorn sucks!!! The last thing they believe in is customer service...you deal with them once and you will never go back again!!! If you wanna do any business - you guys should learn to accomodate customers!!!
