worst agency , I was beaten up by their partner hotel in Ooty "saphire garden view" for asking towels.. SGL travels had made big promises about kind of accommodation (2 star 3 star etc) they are going provide, once I landed in ooty hotel .. rooms were dirty, toilets were n ot even flushed, bedsheet were dirty, no shampoo, soap etc., The staffs are goondas, SGL tours and travels cheats people by collecting money and promising big things. beware of this and never trust them.
