I lived in various service apartments in Bangalore in last 7 year and this one is no where near any of them, to me it looks an overpriced vacation rental. Here my natural observations about the service of tiarasresidency. If you are coming with a expectation of even basic service apartment kind of quality of service then better book some other apartment on roomlion to avoid disappointment letter. This is very honest feedback everything in this feedback is supported by video and photos proofs .
Pros:
Good Indian Food
Decent, well behaved and prompt housekeeping staff [ with limited resources from company]

Kitchen bathroom taps are leaking all the way from sink to granite
One of the bathroom roof has sewage issue and water flows from it regularly
Tap in wash basins and bathrooms are too loose that one has to trick it to use
Utensils shown in the picture are no where near to the ones provided in the apartment, even a house maid in Bangalore will not use those.
Handles of pans are missing, pans are so old that their teflon coating is missing.
Utensils are not from one set, all utensils are put together from different dinner sets and are too old and dirty. You will see 3-5 plates all of different brand and color, 4-5 bowls of different size and design
There is no tea kettle or pan to make tea

Wardrobe are having broken doors, drawers.
Cushion of chars are torn
Housekeeping staff has very limited and low quality cleaning resources [ I have to buy lizol for them to use ]
Sub quality drinking water supply: They provide local packed 20L water in kitchen, which are packed in unhygienic condition and not pure. It was too late for me to find it that resulted hospitalization of my 3yr daughter. I have to replace it myself with Bisleri.
Nothing is organized: The community is very big and finding an apartment here takes hours, company has no organized way to guide or route guests to the apartment, I had to spend 1.5 hour to find the apartment even the care taker was no present there( as promised by Chetna), key were given to me by housekeeping staff.
Management does care about your feedback: On the day of arrival I shared all the images with Chetna and Shobha both and even after 10 days of stay I see most of things are in same shape. I never got a call back from them after reporting issues. The care taker Bappi just tried to cover things by providing sub optimal alternatives. I checkedin on 05 Dec and you can see the dates photos clearly shows no change in 10 days. Staying in this service apartment was a nightmare that resulted in loss of my work(I have to take 10 days off from work), money and health of my daughter.
No access to community: Guest have no access to community and on each entry to community you have to go in line to get guest pass and enter, tiarasresidency does not provide long (even 15 days) visitor pass so that guest can easily enter in the community. While my daughter was in hospital I have to stand in queues for 10-15 minute to get guest entry pass which they issue after verifying from housekeeping.
Minor issue:
Non professional billing: I stayed there for long term and extended my stay for a day. They billed me extra day based on per day billing instead of charging me the same long term stay rate.
Important thing missing:
I usually found a paper of file with important phone numbers and list of nearby Hospital, Police, Cab Service, Restaurants, which is missing in this apartment even staff does know any of them.
