my ticket id is 16102001356. i have submitted my phone m5 on dated 20/10/2016 for battery problem & center staff committed to repair the phone within 15 days or earlier as possible. But the phone is not repaid till today every time the staff excuse it is not our center fault. the service provide by Sony is not time bond or unsatisfied .
