Worst experience ever!
I went to the support shop with a problem at my Laptop display, which partly didn't worked correctly for some hours or days (no backlight). But partly it worked absolutely correct and of course I always had the opportunity to use it with external Monitor.
The employees at the support shop did some "rework at the motherboard" but when I took the Laptop to my home, again the sisplay didn'd worked after 20 minutes. This procedure was repeated 3 times, always I collected my Laptop but it was not really repaired. After the 4st and last repair the laptop was totally damaged, I could not even start the operating system.
The support shop refused to repair it correcty (because of the high costs) and even to pay a compen ... View Moresation for destroying the laptop.
Especially this reaction after damaging of the laptop was just incredible - of course it can happen that during repair something goes wrong but at least it lies in the responsibility of the shop to eliminate their faults.
So everyone has to decide if he wants to take the risk!
