I ve selected a refrigerator and the sales person promised that the compressor has 10 years warranty and made the payment accordingly.
He calls next day and tells me that he was wrong. I asked him a payment for which he made me visit his shop for at least 3 times apart from my purchase visit.
First: I was given a cheque that was returned due to lack of funds
Second: I was promised I will get cash back and upon arrival they said they wonât unless they get the bounced check
Third: they gave me a DD which did not cover the cost of my travel and time. I had to end up paying additional amount to my bank for bounced check.
Very poor customer service! Rathna Stores is the last place in the world I would suggest to any of my friends.
