Hi, It is my personal experience with Venus Electronics Velachery branch. Please do not buy any electronics products here because they will deliver the demo product or the second grade product. I suffered a lot from this Venus Electronics. I have bought Samsung fridge here first they delivered a demo product after deliverry I raised a concern and also went to Showroom and first they havent agreed that they have sent a demo product to me after shouting a lot and spoke to store manager and finally they agreed to send the another product and i agreed for that. after receiving the second one I found, that also demo product and also it has dent, scratches... etc and also not a proper packing.
