Guys the opinion below is not by me...it is by some lady Sonia Lewis and she had posted this on Zomato.... Thought of sharing this hoping it would be of help.

I would like to know if anyone had a good experience at this place. All the reviews are so scary. I too witnessed the same this weekend. I saw the waiters arguing with one of the guests who was sitting on a table besides mine. I heard all the conversation and I know it for sure that there was nothing wrong said or done by that customer. The waiter was behaving like a typical GUNDA and forced this guy and his friends to leave the bar including 2 girls and three guys. The bouncers too did not have the common sense to inquire about the matter. They just believed what this waiter told them and acted like his servants. The manager of the bar kept standing in a corner like a fool and did nothing.

Guys!!! Thanx a lot for your reviews. I was going to book this place for a get together but after going through all this..I SURRENDER.
However, let me share my experience of trying to book this place. I called up for the first time and this lady tells me that I will get a call from the Bar Manager but no one contacts me. Second time i call and this gentleman gives me another number and asks me to call on it for booking. I called on this number 4 times and there is no response or call back. Truely, the staff seems to be very inefficient. I am not surprised at what has been shared by all about the bad behavior of the bar staff.

Very bad staff. They told my friend to go out of the bar cos he asked the waiter to speak properly as he was misbehaving.

I went with my boyfriend to this bar and he was forced to leave by one of the waiters because he was dancing with me and he was the same guy whom all are talking about.

OMG!!! So many of you had this bad experience. I am shocked. This guy misbehaved with my boyfriend too. We had to leave that place to avoid any unpleasant happening. I don't know why the hotel staff has kept this guy...he will get this bar on road..he should be fired.

let me share my experience. I went with my girlfriend there and this same guy talked to me in a very bad manner in front of my girlfriend. I was about to have a fight but the other guests stopped me. Though the bouncers were still very polite but this guy kept misleading them with his false allegations. It was my GF's birthday. Very bad experience cos of that one guy.

I am a regular visitor in this bar and I know whom you are talking about. That waiter short in height from the north east is really very rude and pick up fight with everyone. But, the rest of the staff is very polite and friendly. Overall its a good place to hang out provided that guy is not serving you.

I thought only I had this experience. Guys...I went with my office friends there and I guess he was the same waiter (short height) who misbehaved with me and one of my friends...we were so embarrassed. He was very rude and ill mannered. Dint even have the etiquette of how to talk to ladies.
