I used to live in Delhi few years back, and am very particular about parlours and their presentation and hygiene. # years back i used to visit this Lakme Parlour in Dwarka Sector 4 because of its clean aura and friendly staff. I went there yesterday after a few years and was awed by the changes. The rooms very pitifully dirty. After having booked an appointment, i had to wait for over 50 mins for an attendee. And then they started talking about exorbitantly more money than was promised over the telephonic conversation. Overall, totally pissed with them and having wasted my precious time, i walked out of the salon. Its a pure shame how Lakme is not keeping up their standards. The authorities should please take some action.

i had the most terrible experience of my life in this Salon. I went for a short haircut....trimming basically. The person who did was good at talking and pathetic at listing so much so that even before i finished telling him what i wanted, he had started running his scissors like and expert. the end result was so horrible and looked like a man. The hair cut was far from what i wanted. my earlier good hair cut was lost completely and it was far from well finished with some hair sticking out at the side of my ears. that was the ugliest part. the second ugliest part was the long back hair and short top hair.
