I am waiting for the SPECT scan to be done for my Nephew from last saturday, 10th January. Initially i got the appointment for 12th but before i could reach the center, i got a call that the machine has developed some snag and the technician is repairing the same and will reschedule the appointment after the machine is ready. Daily i am following up for hte same but there is no definite timeline provided. Even after 5 days none of the people attending the phone have any idea on how many more days it takes for hte machine to be ready. Request the center team to look into and get the machine repaired quickly and also to keep the customers updated timely on the progress with expected time line for repair.
