This is the worst courier service I have ever come across. I have sent a courier from Calicut to Singapore and took two weeks to reach Singapore. The customer care is very pathetic and they don't show any customer care if you call them and try to track. Moreover their website is down and you can't track anything online. I had a nightmare sending some important documents with them. Please stay away from Airwings .....
