Today
we brought an tv of samsung but thes people wern't installing still yet & as if they dony konw how treat & bhave with the customers very worsttttttttt & irresopnsible staff & as well as management . I PREFER ALL THE PEOPLE WHO SEE THIS REVIEW DOESNT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS BY THESE COMPANY TOO WORSTTTTTTTTTTT . REALLY CHEATERS , ALL WAS COMMERCIAL & MONEY MINDED VERY WORST & ILLETRATE BEHAVIOUR .
Think twice before buying products from PIRGAL showroom.LG should take an action on this showroom for selling the damaged products or may be old stock. I had lot of faith in LG and and lost faith dealing with PIRGAL . I purchased and got refrigerator cooling went off in twelve days and trying to reach them and they are very evasive and not replacing the item. They keep telling us to call on different numbers and avoiding the decision for replacement.To our surprise the call centre persons are not giving the address of LG office. Might be because they may be out sourced agency for servicing and repairs. During my talks on phone we are told that serial number of fridge is not found.why? is it old or repaired . Pirgal Electronons selling all damaged pieces. Please do not prefer this shop. my self and my friends got damaged cookers.
I visited this store yesterday as my new apartment unit is nearby to purchase fans. I am shocked at the way they treat their customers. It is highly noisy and chaotic. The salesman who attended to us was ok and showed what we required. The owner was very rude when we asked him if he could offer discount as we are buying several pieces of items. he could have refused politely but he chose to ignore our request first and then on insisting said they cannot give in rude manner. The bad part is here - we stood for 20 full min for the boys to get 6 fans and 6 tubelights and they came with 3 of them after we asking the owner to check on them and he called them multiple times. Don't buy products from PIRGAL, They are cheaters, the salesman in prigal are really cheaters and cheating customers
These Guys are selling faulty goods for low price(Not so low just 1000 like that), Beware people.
I strongly recommend people not to go there... they are cheaters.. sales man says one price and the owner says something else.. The owner doesn't even talk to customers and they speak to the sales boys and when we try to negotiate the price.. .. they say.. please go we cant do tat. Is the way to behave with customers?? It is happening just because they are getting good business and earning money.. they are not realizing that if pple who visited are not going to visit second time hw many days they will run the business.. once they went into loses and then they develop customer satisfaction policy.. no USE!!! ppl will don't even listen to them.. they will get to know this truth very very soon..
