My consumer no. is 200364. I had booked gas refill on 05-06-2016 with Saraswati Gas Agency and till date I had not received gas refill / cylinder. Till today 12 days had already passed.

I had tried to contact Saraswati Gas Agency over their landline telephone no. 6500623 but failed. Phone continues to ring but no employee of Saraswati Gas is bothered to attend landline phone.

I request your good office to look into the matter of non delivery of gas cylinder to me after passing of 12 days.

Overall services of Saraswati Gas Agency, Sanganer, Jaipur is very poor.
