I love this gym! Everyone is really nice and they have all the equipment I use, plus lots of equipment that I have never tried to add to my workout

I like this gym. The staff is friendly. There is a steam room too.The few l have tried give me a great, challenging workout. The equipment is good. I have to say that the Aerobics classes really toned my body and I am more flexible that ever before

The price is right, the gym is just big enough, the Yoga & Aerobics classes are awesome....
