After my wife, my daughter and me being customers for over 8 years I go in to en-cash a credit note personally written & signed by the owner. Will it is being adjusted against the contact lenses that I purchased the owner walks in and starts telling me that I have already en-cashed it earlier. Duh....So then why would I still have the credit note with me??? Then he proceeds to 'check" details in his computer system!!! I then say ... if he feels I am cheating for Rs 600/- after being a customer for 8 years I would pay the cash.... he looks at me with disdain and says.... "I am just checking this on the system coz I think it has been settled' That's when I have him an earful about insulting an 8 year old customer over a credit note tha ... View More
