તળવલકર્સ

I was a member at Charni Road about 50 years back. Now I am 70 but still have fond memories of the gym. In those days I was a skinny boy weighing about 45 kgs. At Talwalkar's, I gained about 20 kgs in about 8 months of body building. Even today I go to gym near my residence at Andheri to exercise, not to gain weight but to keep the weight in check.
