We take a property on lease for 1 - 5 years and than we furnish it as a three star hotel, than we put a housekeeper and cook in the apartment. This apartments are available on daily basis like a hotel, so you may categorise us as a hotel / residential hotels We charge from our customers per room or per apartment wise, which vary from 700 to 7000 INR per day.
