Worst Tour Agent Ever.
I am a frequent traveller, and usually I allow a travel agent to plan the trip. Bhagyashree Holidays is by far the WORST travel agency I have travelled with. Maybe so the very worst in our dear city.
These people have no clue as to which hotels they send you to. They blindly just make the deals and send you there. They demand cash on full before the trip.
On reaching the location, they have no representative there to guide you to the hotel or to help with the bookings.. they just phone up n tell you the timings.
Our bus was 3 hours late for departure, on reaching the place the bus left us in the middle of nowhere, and we had no clue as to the location of the hotel, which itself was pathetic! The car and arra
