I purchased Dell Inspiron 15 from this shop a week back. When using the laptop I found out the piece was defected. I also found out that the price was 3000 more than the online price.When I complained about it, they responded very rudely and told me that it was not their liability. Even after paying so much I have to suffer.

These are very greedy people. They sell laptops at very high rates and after you give them the money they don't even care about Service. Better to buy from flipkart, homeshop,etc.

Don't blindly trust the goods...ask for warranty before purchase or kiss your money goodbye!
