Aerotrim Health Centre: A unisex gym and fitness centre of the locality. Aerotrim Health Centre is a unisex gym and is open from 6.15 am to 10 am and 4.30 pm to 9 pm. There are three sections namely gym, cardio and steam. Gym work is segmented under the fitness package while aerobics in batches is provided for weight loss packages. The gym section has free weights only. Personal attention is provided by the trainers but personal training is not offered as a service.
