This is one of the most pathetic place and management is worst. The people at reception are far worse than novice. Have taken appointment once using their Toll Free Number @ 12 PM, but the Clinic people mention appointment was @11:30 AM and just asked us to be there asap and doctor will not wait for us. In such case why was appointment given???
Following week we took appointment manually (@Clinic itself) at 11:00 AM, but when we reached there, the appointment was pushed beyond 2 PM without our consent.
Is this how these people address appointments? When Apollo Management does not know the meaning of appointments, why do you try to fool people and make them as per appointments. Front Desk or people at reception are one of the worst wh

Had been to this Apollo Clinic when I was down w/ very high fever on 20th Aug 2015.
The guy in the reception (a mallu chap) was so unfriendly and did not have any courtesy to attend to a suffering patient.
Its only a nurse & a maid who were doing their job properly & had some caring attitude.
The interesting part was the doc - M J Jayakanth. Pls avoid consulting this doc. He does not have minimum responsibility for his patients.
In short, its a purely a business establishment where they are waiting to make how much they can at the 1st instance.

Worst medical facility in Bangalore.
1. Doctor arrived late.
2. Front desk not serious busy laughing and cracking jokes
3. Nurses busy applying mehendi on each other.
4. Nurse not present to help examine lady patient.
5. Nurses had no clue how to assist the doctor
6. Doctor frustrated, vents anger on patients.
7. Doctor questions patients educational qualifications to prove his superiority.
8. when questioned the doctor starts shouting at the nurse and demeans her qualifications.
9. As if the patient is not already terrified, the doctor then proceeds to shout at her for not co-operating.
10. has to audacity to question her background and call this senior lady a coward.
Visit this clinic only if you have an urge to be disgrace
