The facility is beautiful. Very chic furnishings. The bathroom was incredibly small but yet rest assured everything else was very nice.
What truly set this hotel apart was it's customer service. I checked in after a excruciating flight with my 2 suitcases and after Lobby Manager dhrutimann Das had registered me superfast seeing my plight, GRE Ruchita came took one of my suitcases and went up the elevator with me to my room and showed me around. How nice!
Staff was always helpful and unfailingly eager to please especially the very professional and empathetic manager dhrutimann das. Senthil & bala in the restaurant, joshi in housekeeping are great assets of the hotel.
