NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. THEY ARE VERY CORRUPT. I had gone to buy a laptop worth 35k @ KRITHIK ENTERPRISES, Jeevan Bheema nagar for my friend from a small city where HP world is not there. The owner Murali Krishna took the money in cash and told that he would deliver the laptop to my friend's address which he didn't do. My friend waited for a week and called me to say that he didn't receive the laptop. So he asked me to order for a laptop from flipkart. Then, I went to Murali Krishna to collect my money. But he kept on postponing for 2 months. He was also not receiving the phone calls. Finally he did give a post dated cheque which was to be dropped only after 2 weeks. Update on my earlier review.... I did finally manage to get through and the lady coolly informs me that they are out of stock. When I asked her why did she not inform me 3 days back, she said that she might as well wait and deliver it whenever the stock comes in. The guts to say that......
When I asked for a refund, she said that she cannot give it and I should come back in 3 hours time. God... Am I frustrated at them.

Their service sucks. I purchased a printer on Saturday, and was told that it was not instock but would be delivered on Monday. Come Monday, no response. When I called, they said that it would be on Tuesday. On Tuesday no delivery and not even taking calls. I went to their shop on Wednesday but found it closed. Today on Thursday, when I keep calling them, no response on the call. This is in start contrast to the lies they tell when making the sale. They con you by saying that their service is great, they do home delivery and installation etc. All that is only till the payment is made. Once done, you are forgotten and ignored. This shop boasts of home deliverry - immediate / same day / within 24 hours/ right now it'll get delivered - are some of the catchy words the shop uses. Do not get conned. Even after havingpalcved the order, one has to wait for so much time to get delivery. No information to me either! I had to ring up 2-3 times to find out. It was as if my baby! Eveerytime they lady stated "i'll revert give your no." even aftre disclosing number, no calls were received when i called back , the lady passed on the phone to somebody else instead of answering the call herself. Such is the pre- sale treatment - you may well imagine the post-sale - less siad the better treament!
