I am one of his victims in 2010 and surprised that people give business to frauds like him without checking for reviews on internet... I am currently in US and had a nightmarish experience with this fellow.. I taught him a lesson in his own way. He came running to my home and paid the money.. But he has not learnt and will never ever learn. I am sorry for all my fellow victims...
Jobish Thomas is one of the big fraudster and cheater. Simply do not believe this type of looters.

I would request everyone to read this full review for getting awareness of fake/fraud company ECODECOR PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED/HOMESPACE/INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO/FAKE COMPANY/FRAUD COMPANY running by two directors JOBISH THOMAS and his wife JESLIN MERENA BEN. First of all I would like to tell about their company, post that I will tell my worst experience with both of them.
They have incorporated PVT LTD company just to loot money from the people, they both are very well educated and they know that people will pay the money and they believe only PVT LTD companies.
Their GSTIN number has been cancelled by GST department, but still they will issue the fake invoices in the name of ECODECOR PRO

There is no Negative rating, otherwise would have given negative rating. For a 3 BHK interior he took almost 4 Months, for that also I have called him at least 400 times. And delivered the work with sub standard work. Don't waste your hard earned money by going with his sweet words.
Ecodecor had the best designers in Bangalore. they do the best work with lot of innovative ideas. they have done more than a dozen work for me. my villa they have done 3 years back. it still stands out in quality and design. every one who visits us like their unique design for our kids room. In 2014 they have planned and did my office interiors. they have made 3d drawings after consulting us before they start. This Eco decor interiors n its owner Jobish are one of d worst interior designers u cud come across..initially dey talk gr8 making tall promises n den nothing gets executed..its been 2yrz since our house was somehow completed (many of d things we had to hire anothet contractor)n now handles r coming off..stuff is peeling..ders not a day when we haven't repented hiring him..such ppl shudnt thrive in the industry..plz do not hire him..can't imagine d mental tension we faced wide our money stuck n we helpless as our dream home isn't what we wished for..

Recently (in first week of April 2014), I contacted him for the interiors of my aunt's flat. He gave me the designs and the work has started - he promised to complete the work in 3 weeks (end of April) - wardrobes and kitchen work. The work progressed until the final stages where he needs to fix the doors of wardrobes, and some kitchen related work. Here the problem started. He said that all his carpenters had left Bangalore on a vacation and went to their home town (all six groups of carpenters). With Eco decor interiors I had a very good experience. The couple who owns the company worked hard to get the best for my home. My home looks unique now. Eco decor have a good team of experienced workers who did their part also well. The colour schemes and designs, keeping the utility in mind worked well in all the units. The Wardrobes also looks different with brilliant colour combinations. The kids room looks vibrant in Blue and white. My kid like that a lot.
