I booked a car in prerana motors rajaji nagar.
i had a very bad experience in there.
no one to guide proper information. they sold my old car in one day without my knowledge for very less amount. they delivered the new car after a month. i lost my patience. they said on the last day my down payment is so high because the old car was sold on less amount. they did not check the car properly as i brought higher end car there was 2 options in front button was totally missing.
when i went back to ask them there is no response. i had to get my refund of the old car as the noc was given them on 22nd of nov. they said they will give the cheque by 3 days. and today is 4th dec and as i came again to show room to ask what happened the cheque is not
