Fortunately I haven't yet availed of their service, but I got a bad feeling just by interacting with the lady at the front desk, totally unprofessional, she had her toddler son with her at the place and half the time had to attend to him. I had checked the place out for their slimming packages, a friend of mine underwent a program there and lost about 10-15 kgs, and another family friend is currently going there just for tummy reduction...
This lady at the front desk had no smile on her face and after briefing me about what I needed, she insisted I pay the whole amount (abt 20k) on that very same day, even after I told her I have to think about it she kept insisting, until finally she had no other way than to relent. I had bought a deal for head massage, hair cut & body massage..oops I hadnt received such horrible services never in my lifetime..First was the haircut..the guy doesnt even want to cut the hairs..after every few seconds he is asking if I am done or not..and later he got the machine to trim hairs at the upper neck..it pained so much. i got scars even until 7 days after that..the head massage was a mere formality..the guy just dipped cotton twice in the oil and did some basic head massage..finally the body massage..gosh this was the worst of all i can say..they made me wait for 30 long minutes just to get the oil heated
I totally agree with the above comments, maan this is horrible place to be for any kind of treatment becuase once yousee the front desk people thats it you dont feel like entering the place the worst customer servvice, and on top of all these they have attitude problems like hell
I dont recommend this place for anything, and coming to hygine, they do not know the meaning of it and they rip you off like anything when coming to money but will not take care of the concerns customers have worst place i have ever seen especially in such a popular place staying right next to windsor they could have lot of problems with lot of NRIs visiting and soon they wil have to close the business especially at this location with the type of customer servic

OMG .... what a place. First of all never seen such a lazy bunch of people. The staff behaves like the customer owe them instead OF keeping in mind - GOOD CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE = GOOD BUSINESS = JOB SECURITY; UNPROFESSIONAL, PLEASE CHECK THE SHEETS AS YOU ARE ASKED TO LAY DONE FOR A FACIAL ETC, YOU NEED TO ASK THEM CHANGE THE SHEET.....THEY ARE CLUELESS ABOUT HYGIENE OR PROBABLY DO NOT CARE, body care is yet another way to demonstrate the 'indian way of doing business' = CUSTOMER last of all priorities, number one aim through lack of transparency ; they make you pay for for services but do not tell the whole picture. validity/ also when you come for facial and say they do not have some materials like gauze to put mask on, they will
