I travelled from Madurai to Chennai in National travels. The agent charged me Rs 1600 for 2 tickets but did not give any receipt. The staffs are all rogues. Driver was very rude. They took extra passengers and the extra passengers were made to sit on the floor of the bus.Even lady passengers could not move as many passengers are traveling on the floor of the bus. The cleaner shouted as we had 4 bags and we donot have the place to keep the bags in our berth itself. They did not stop the bus for natural needs even when we requested. But they stopped the bus where ever they want and rejoiced among themselves. I felt that I was among the clutches of rogues on the whole journey. Never ever I could think of traveling in this travels.
