Worst customer service ever I have heard or seen so far.
I raised a call for cooling problem in AC. After 5 days one guy came and he didn't know anything about AC and he did something and went saying that he cudn't diagonize the problem and will come tomorrow with some other guy. Actually the guy played with the wiring which caused a short circuit and the stabilizer wire started burning in the middle of the night and power tripped. When I complained about this, they hardly cared. Then I got the Whisen enterprise manager number from customer care and she is also of no use.
Still the problem is not fixed and I regret buying an LG AC.
