Worst customer service ever I have heard or seen so far.
I raised a call for cooling problem in AC. After 5 days one guy came and he didn't know anything about AC and he did something and went saying that he cudn't diagonize the problem and will come tomorrow with some other guy. Actually the guy played with the wiring which caused a short circuit and the stabilizer wire started burning in the middle of the night and power tripped. When I complained about this, they hardly cared. Then I got the Whisen enterprise manager number from customer care and she is also of no use.
Still the problem is not fixed and I regret buying an LG AC.
Got LG 5 star rated split AC on 11th Sep, 2012. Found no cooling effect and reported problem on 10th day. Service person came next day and said there is a problem with compressor and need to be replaced. He raised a request and asked me to call 9840728720. The number is either busy or not picking up the call. To the worst they started cutting the phone calls, attend and immediately cut the calls. I then called from a different number, a lady spoke and she started asking the complaint number and other stuffs and then gave a rhetoric reply that service person will come next day. No one turned up. Again i started making calls, gave my request no... it continued. How can i call these ppl Customer care... I am frustrated with the Whisen Enterpri

There is a worst service, response I got from them. After 2 months of purchas of a LG Split AC i got a problem on July 22,2012, Engineer came very next day itself. But the service call not yet closed ( around 22 days over.) Nobody give a respose dosent pick up my calls.
I felt very bad why I purchase LG products.

They will never help, never fix and simply lie through their teeth that everything will be fixed.

I am also a victim of Whisen Enterprises (latest), Tambaram West, Chennai. I totally agree with the above 2 reviews. LG is simply a mute spectator, not at all bothered about after sales service, but LG & it's Dealers are very much bothered about their sales TURN OVER only.
One of the horrible service center that I have ever interacted. Service center doesn't respond to the calls and they just dont want to send proper technicians to our home. Have escalated this issue until senior management in Nodia and Anna nagar, but still these guys dont want to satisfy the customer.

one of the very worst LG service in tambaram area, executive / technicians wont come to home, won't attend the phone calls. Pls. don't by any LG products in west tambaram area. i'm going to burn my AC and go for another company.
