We had booked SANWAL for delivering our household goods from Delhi to Ahmedabad. We paid them Rs. 9000 & we were told that this 9000 includes packing, loading & unloading charges. They had asked for additional Rs. 500 for insurance of goods. In Ahmedabad, their driver was not ready to deliver the goods at our house and was asking us again again to collect our goods from a place which is very far from the main Ahmedabad city. After struggling with their driver for two days, he came to our house for delivering goods but he took additional 1000 Rs for unloading.
