The service is unsatisfactory. I would like to share that as we were a regular customer ,a Mahendra Getaway was sent for the servicing and repairing in your service station.After a day an estimate of amount Rs. 36,000/-+ (plus) was sent to us. As the amount was too high in relation to the work to be done in the vehicle , the vehicle was called back. The person in contact of the workshop had no courtesy as he denied for returning the vehicle and demanded for an high amount .
The vehicle was sent to the other workshop( Koncept ) were the estimate was provided of Rs. 23,000/- and the same work was done in Rs. 18,000/-.
I would like to share the large amount of difference in the cost of the servicing and repairing of the vehicle.
