Village Cafe: This comfortable little caf is popular for its affordable hookahs, good music, and free Wi-Fi. Situated in Safdarjung Development Area, opposite IIT Gate, Village Caf serves fairly tasty sandwiches and milkshakes. But it is the cozy, dimly-lit ambiance and the wide variety of hookah flavours that make it the perfect place for young Delhiites to unwind with friends or grab a cup of coffee by themselves.

a coffee shop bang opposite to the IIT with extreme dim lighting,well,i guess that makes it more than apparent that their target clientele is couples hoping to cozy up. Village Cafe also has a hookah menu but more often than not u are likely to be answered "we dont have that flavor available sir".Village Cafe gets 3.5/5
the dreadful dim lighting in this place somehow adds to a quaint ambiance ( not to mention rendering it a popular haunt for couples)....Village Cafe offfers a decent menu comprising of milkshakes,sandwiches nd some ten flavors of hookah...
