Hi, I'm writing on behalf of my friends who faced problem in Jack and Jones store in DLF Place, Saket, New Delhi INDIA on 6th Jan 2014 at 8:30PM. When my friends bought a bag and went out from the store, Security check machine beeped by machine's problem. Security guard forced them to show his belongings as if they stoled something from the store. They called store manager (we're not sure if he is real manager of the store or not) but he also didn't listen and took them to store room. After checking their belongings, Instead of apologizing, the manager said racial words to them and store staff showed them middle finger when they went out. I believed that Jack and Jones is International brand, but the all store staffs don't know how to treat ... और देखें
