On the occasion of mother's day i had ordered a bunch of 20 orchids an evening before which were to be delieverd to Panchkula to my Mother in law. I was charged 1100 ruppees which included 800 for the flowers and 300 for delivery charges. The order was placed through ferns and petals in chandigarh and delievery was done at 0830 in the night after several reminders and phone calls.
And to my surprise the flowers recieved were not orchids but withered roses and a chocolate which i had never ordered. I am highly disappointed with saini flowers as they didnot convey the right information to ferns and petals in chandigarh due to which the right order was not delivered. They should not have taken the order at the outset if they are incapable
