What is really commendable is the fact that your team both in India & Thailand were thoroughly professional, very accommodative & flexible. In service industry these are the three aspects which are very crucial for ensuring Customer Delight (Gone are the days of Customer Satisfaction)

However , there were a few misses ( disappointment )
⢠Hotel Beverly Plaza, Pattaya : Good Hotel but there are better hotels in Pattaya .

The overall experience was very good, all arrangements were well managed and the services were very good. The only thing which I felt could have been better was the location of the hotels both in KL & Langkawi as they were quiet far from the main activity area, if it would have been a big group then the location could really have not mattered that much since we were a couple travelling we felt so, anyway that's our feeling and may differ from other people

I enjoyed the Bhutan trip like nothing. It was organized by Denzong Leisure from Kolkata. Please check some doâs and donâts for Bhutan which they mentioned before journey. Hope this will helpful for you.
Carry Bhutanese currency with you. There are no ATM machines in all of Bhutan, and most small shops do not take credit cards. US dollars, travelerâs checks and other currencies can be exchanged at major banks in larger towns that banks will typically close at 1:00 pm in Bhutan.
Bhutan traditionally make food extra spicy, they will also try to lessen the spice when preparing food for consumption by westerners, but it will be ok for us like Bengalis, I suppose.

Lakhani's comments are fake. He misbehaved in hotel is such a way, the hotel owner was going to beat and throw out of hotel. Denzong Leisure have organised hundreds of dooar's package but never had a complain.

First to inform that all mentioned blames are false and the scenario is just reverse. This guest is trying to get some financial benefit from the travel organisation and we all are well aware of such activity . Our legal department already on process to take serious action against this person who has enough time for such blame game, we will not tolerate any more such false complains .
Till date we have zero complaint about our services and have wonderful reputation with all guests availed our service other then this single
