stayed on 12th and 13th of apil 2012 in an AC room. The room was big, with an insuffiecient capacity AC unit. The power went off at 12 midnight and room was extremely hot. Called up the recption, and told as I am paying full amount I am entitled for AC through their GEN SET. other wise proportionately discount the price. They were not agreable. But next day morning threre was a board near reception, WE are not responsiblefor power cuts and hence cannot assure ac at those times. No lift. room service boys take 30% more for the food you get from hotels nearby and u never know abt it. ARK hotel, VINAYAGA and lots of other good hotels are there in k konam.
