I paid for a Chinese course which was never given to me. After the first day of classes, the teacher went back to China for 1 month, so I did not take anylesson but one. I complained several times, but they always said that ''money is not refundable'', even though they promiss you "100%" guaranteed results". They kept ignoring me and I wrote some articles about them. Then, they decided to "silence" me by way of giving me some classes for having american accent in English...I agreed and I am still waiting for the teacher to come.
