PU treatment works very well on RCC slabs which are dripping water. Before getting it done in my balcony, I did a lot of research on this technology. I was surprised to note that while this is rampantly used in the US and Europe, it is not fully understood and exploited in India (where leakages are like a part and parcel of our lives!). This contemporary technology helps seal all cracks in your RCC slab so that water cannot find its way into it. It is a simple, cost effective, minimally invasive and long term solution to leakage problems. Also, traditionally, leakages in India are treated by local masons (who have zero knowledge about water proofing) by breaking the flooring of the house overroof. The person who stays above me (and ... और देखें whose house was the source of my leakage) is a born monster who chose not to cooperate an inch with me. And many of us are blessed with such people around us! So, for me, going to a local mason and breaking the flooring of the above balcony was just not possible. That is when I came across Mr. Colaco on the internet. He first did a thorough inspection of the leakage and explained to me the problem. Thereafter, he did a neat and scientific job. 2-3 hours of PU pumping, and the dripping stopped fully. He and his team visited my residence 3 times thereafter to ensure that the job was completely done to their satisfaction. This is a tricky job where experience and knowledge count greatly, and Mr. Colaco has both of them in tons. Also, their whole team comprises of thorough gentlemen who are professionals to the core. They know their subject very well and stick to their words. In spite of making 4 visits (they generally have to make 2 visits), they did not change me a pie extra, though I myself offered them a higher fee. They are very honest, fair, thorough, experienced, knowledgeable and meticulous in their approach. They satisfied me fully with their work, and were not ready to leave it till they were sure that they had fully solved my problem. You will get many PU service engineers in Mumbai, but take my words, you need to hire somebody very experienced and honest to solve your problem. Mr.Colaco is a qualified engineer and fits into this criteria very well. Hats off to Mr. Colaco and his team for being such a dedicated lot. God bless you for solving my leakage problem. We had visited this disgruntled person's residence in Andheri East-four times. The last visit was with all tools, tackles and equipment to start the repair jobs but our personnel had to return to Navi Mumbai without doing the job. All our visits to his residence were during incessant rains, traffic jams and bad roads. Nevertheless, we visited his place as promised and confirmed earlier. On our fourth visit, we could not reach his place due to a heavy traffic jam on the Airoli-Mulund link road and had to turn back after 2 hours in the jam. We even intimated him immediately of our inability to get to his place-only to be rebuked and scolded with expletives. This fellow has leakages in his house that are emanating from the upper floor res ... और देखें idence and is unable to the get it repaired by the same tenant nor from the housing society, which we now understand is due to his foul attitude when dealing with them. The whole ceiling of the kitchen, passage and bathroom was tiled and fixed in a vague, ignorant and incompetent schoolboy attempt to plug the leakages which had failed and backfired miserably. When he first called us for an inquiry pertaining to the leakages, he said that there was water dripping from the tile joints of his ceiling and wanted us to repair the leakages from the same joints, to which we suggested that the tiles covering the original spots of leakages would have to be removed to reach to the RCC slab of the ceiling. Despite removing the tiles of the suspect areas, water was still found water to be dripping from many other tile joints when we revisited his residence the third time. We then told him that permanent repairs could be carried out only if we could reach the leakage spots on the RCC slab itself and not by guesswork ie. through the tiles. It was certainly his prerogative to take off the tiles or not, rather than blaming us now for the tile removal. We now realise that this person, named Cyrus Daruwalla, resident of Tardeo, Mumbai, who claims to be a renowned architect or likewise, (we wonder where schools of architecture are heading to) and based in Dubai is totally frustrated at his own failure and incompetency in successfully executing a job at his own residence. He is trying to malign us with these posts with an attempt to dent our interests. We are very well established in the nature of our services and have scores of satisfied clients who will vouch for us. We have a file of the photographs of the botched-up jobs taken at the pertaining residence and are willing to showcase the same for any clarifications. Being professional enough, we do have to look after our business interests too. We also have a right to choose our clients and not be cowed down by some uncouth, discourteous and selfish people who desire free services and advice or think that all servicemen will bend backwards to fulfill their frivolous wishes. We did not at anytime charge this person any money or compensation for the visits made to his residence, nor did he offer us any. On the other hand, we have suffered monetary losses as stated under: Conveyance: Vashi-Powai-Vashi by our vehicle- 50 kms x 4 days = Rs 2000 Man Hours lost by us: 16 x 3 personel = 48 hrs Monetary loss: 48 hrs x Rs 150 = Rs. 7200 Total Losses- Rs 7200+2000=Rs 9200संक्षेप देखें

He is a fraudulent most unprofessional guy. He made us break all the tiles and then didn't turn up . Please do not trust this fellow... he is sham. His guaranteed repair of leakages is a sham
