yes I have face situation.I bought a dress and it was damaged.He told come after two days will give a new product.But next time when I went it was the same product.But sales was agreeing.I argued and asked "are selling this kind of product.". In reply he told " yes we are selling this kind of damaged product."
I have purchased a dress from this shop, as it was damaged, the shop executive told he will get new product of same by ordeingr with advance payment. I have payed advance amount and the shop executive has delivered the product in 3 days saying as new product but the product was damaged one by making alteration to the product. They are cheating the customers fooling and says that the prodcut is new one. By examining the product(dress), found that the damaged part was reversed and kept inside part of the dress.
They are cheating the customers with damaged product ....Dont trust the sales executive what they say....
