hello everyone, we took a package from unnathi travels to trip bangalore,mysore,ooty,conoor nd kodaikanal.it was decided as a part of the package that at the end of the trip the travel agent would recieve us at coimbatore station nd drop us at hotel booked by unnathi travels for the night's stay.we called the travel agent to confirm the same nd he too confirmed it nd told us that rooms were booked for us in a hotel by the name 'ruby palace'.we reached coimbatore at 2 am but nobody had come to recieve us.when we went by ourselves to 'ruby palace' we found out that no rooms were booked on our names nd d hotel did not know anybody from unnati travels.we tried calling the travel agent but he did not recieve my call.we had to search for room ... ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ

Hi Guys, I have taken this travels to trip Mysore, Ooty, conoor & Kodaikanal, they have taken 2500 Rs more than what is agreed in the middle of the trip and told me that this amount will be refunded, which is not the case, they have not refunded till now, i am calling them and personally visiting the office for money which is waste of time, this travel is not covering all the places included in the trip, bus service provided from kodaikanal to bangalore is worst, drivers of the bus are stoping at the places where they got more comissison on shoping and for Lunch, Guys please do not prefer this travel agency for the trip. There are agents for the travels like Swagath tours & travels in bangalore & Akbar travels in Kodai ... ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ
