They did water proofing in terrace last year. It was complete useless and waste of money. After they start the work, estimate will change and they will demand more. The amount i paid was 5 times more than initial estimate. Five year bond is useless, within 6 months it started to leak again. I called them and they came up with new estimate. Worst thing is 2nd time, he took the money and disappeared.
They are fraud, avoid them.

this is to inform people that my house work is pending since one month as it was commited for 4 days..for weeks work has been stoped creating lot of leakage on our terrace.. with repeated request and complaints nobody is even bother to find out about the progress..as there is a 5 warranty given on bond paper also ..please look in to the matter otherwise this will give a very bad rapo on your company.
