The worst customer service possible can be obtained from TEKNIK MOTORS, INDIRANAGAR. Extremely unprofessional, they treat you like a DOG when its a free service. When I gave the bike for the first service, I was told that the bike will be delivered after 5 hrs but then i leave the place and get a call in 15 mins that its been done, the second time to avoid this, i called the prvious day and book an appointment for 11AM, and arrived at 10.35AM and was denied service because it was booked full. My question was why was I told to get my bike the next day if you thought the slots would be booked and why have a certified service centre when you cant take bookings. Absolutely Pathetic service. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE
unprofessional people..they made my bike worst....i dont understand why royal enfield doesnt take action against them
horrible service..and the person named marshall is really bad in behaviour and crazy...
I recently left my Royal Enfield standard model (1978 made) bike just for an oil service in Teknik motors, Sarjapura road, Bangalore. The complaints I had were just oil change, some small sound was coming when I apply my rear brake, rear brake lamp was not working and asked them to tight the rear danger light set. They gave me the bike in the time they promised (still i went there and waited for more than 1.5 hrs just to pay bill). They charged me some Rs.2800(approx). I didnât feel that to be a big cost (if the service would have been good).
The result was, Brake light was not repaired. ( I accepted the reason for this because my bike was very old model that they couldnât get the spares). I cant see if the oil is changed or not. I s

worst experience with these guys.. really unprofessional.. they are bad in both dealers and service.. service is the worst..

bad guys run the show room. the fruit shop next to TEKNIK is bigger than that .. i am pretty sure that will loose their business soon. unprofessional service .. i don't want to write any thing more. please don't go there .. I bought mine from kerala and am gonna cancel my booking with teknik.

HI ALL,
THIS IS TO NOTIFY YOU THAT I BOOKED A ROYAL ENFIELD ON JUNE 2011 FROM TEKNIK MOTORS BANGALORE AND WAS PROMISED THAT THE BIKE WOULD COME IN 7 TO 8 MONTHS.
SO WAS EXPECTING THE BIKE IN FEBRUARY 2012. HOWEVER WHEN I WENT TO THEM IN FEBRUARY THEY PUSHED THE DATE TO MARCH ANDTHEN TO APRIL AND NOW THEY HAVE FURTHER PUSHED THE DATE TO JUNE END 2012 AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT I WILL NOT GET IT BEFORE JULY.
THE ARE ALSO DEMANDING THE FULL MONEY IN ADVANCE AN SAID THEY CAN THINK ABOUT DELIVERING THE BIKE EARLY ONCE I PAY THE FULL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE.WHENEVER I CALL THEM THE RECEPTIONIST LETS ME THAT THERE ARE 45 CUSTOMERS WATING AND THE NUMBER HAS NEVER DECREASED.
I HAVE ALWAYS APPRECIATED QUALITY OF ROYAL ENFIELD BUT THIS

Nobody cares about you in this showroom.Its a exact government office.You need to go behind them for booking also.I was so embarrassed by these guys. Unfortunately I havent read the reviews before booking in this showroom. They even delayed the bike delivery by 2 months.Completely unprofessional.
